Hi, I tried to fix my problem by using all recommendations in the "Lay Theme Troubleshooting".

When I go to my website, the frontpage is displayed correctly, all links are then redirected to local. The login on url.com/wp-admin does not work. Displayed is the error message (See screenshot).
I replaced the wp-admin/includes folder again, than "Sorry you are not allowed to access this page."

    Help :(

i think you might have transfered your website incorrectly from your local page to your online page

links redirecting to your local installation is hinting at the database not using the proper urls in it

also make sure you use php 8.1 not a php version bigger than that

        so basically

try and either export your database use a texteditor to replace the wrong urls with the right ones and then import your database again

a part of this youtube video explains it:
        https://laytheme.com/documentation/moving-website.html

or just redo the whole site export / import process that you may have used a plugin like duplicator for
