make element sticky option is not well placed on first load and on scroll jumps to position

Problem
We have a Carousel fixed from the top 21px.
On page load the Carousel appear fixed from the top 0px.
When scrolling the page, the Carousel jumps suddenly to the desired position.
Desired
On page load display the Carousel 21px from the top, without layout shift on scroll. -
oh damn
will be fixed with the next update!
I don't answer or check forum DMs, please just post on the forum.

1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. Now see if your problem solved itself
