Somehow my footer from Frontpage doesnt appear on the other pages... but why?

I almost finished my page - just the problem is, that my footer doesnt appear on the page "about me" at the bottom... can anybody tell, why?
So happy about each advice :)

you can set your footer page for categoriesmaybe it would be better if you'd create a page that is the about page instead of a category!

@arminunruh oh thank you, just clicked the options for categroies as well but doesnt adapt somehow ... is there a chance to transfrom the category pages in a normale page - or would i need to redo everything?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
This often solves issues you might run into
When you post:
- Post a link to where the problem is
- Does the problem happen on Chrome, Firefox, Safari or iPhone or Android?
- If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
