set a video going under the menu bar

Hi there!
I've been looking for this discussion but found no solution.
I'd love to have a transparent menu bar (set opacity to 0%) and transparent menu. The homepage is just a video (i tried both to upload a video and to set it as background and the result is the same) and it start just after the bar, but i wish it started under it, so that the menu stays on top of the video.I tried to put the bar height to 0 but it fucks up the burger menu and the menu itself (it overlaps with site title).
Does anyone have a suggestion? I read about the z-index but not sure what to target.

how about u set the menu bar height to 0
and use a different mobile menu style and a different burger icon style
in the customizer look for mobile menu → mobile menu style

1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
