Product Thumbnail Grid

Hello, I am having problems reviewing/organizing the product thumbnails on my Shop Page.
Every time I am in the WP Editor and click to open and work on the Product Thumbnail Grid, the popup disappears and doesn't allow me to do anything.
Anyone know how to resolve this? I just updated the PHP and WP themes and it still happens.

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
