(image) marquee link does not work

Hey,
added link to an image marquee shows on hover - but does not work when I click it.
Inspecting the sourcecode of the page:
<a href="mywebsite.com/home" data-catid="[undefined]" data-title="home">
It throws uncaught syntax error and doesnt work: Unexpected token 'u', "[undefinded]" is not valid JSON
unless I set the link to open in new Tab (which Is not my intended link target)Also image/video set as a background does not seem to work :(

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
