remove licence from old site

Hi, I need to remove my code from a dev site that no longer exists. I can't find anywhere to do this on the Lay Keys Manager, is this an admin thing?

Forgot to deactivate your license key or lost it? If you lost your license key please provide the email address you used to purchase Lay Theme. If you need a license key reset please provide your key.Send an email to licensekeys@laytheme.com.

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
