Slow loading overall

Good morning, I've had a problem with loading pages for some time or rather that the site itself loads fast enough but the images or especially the writing doesn't... as if it gets stuck on loading and then loads everything correctly after about a second or two...
I tried to optimize everything or to empty the cache or to enhance the hosting but always the same problem...
I also tried to load other themes and this problem doesn't happen so it's some setting I think of lay theme... How can I fix it?

disable the plugins you don't need, also the lay theme plugins you don't use
turn on lazyloading for images in lay options

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
