only bottom space of images works as a LINK?

Hi,
on teh website im working on it appears that all the images that works as a link to another page only show the link-mouse-cursor while hovering over the lower 1/3 of area of any image. So I can only find / see / access that link if I hoverthe bottom part of an image.
HOW can I change that so ALL the space of an imaga works as a link?Thanks for

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
