thumbnail grid suddenly doesn't respect settings column gutter

Hi there,
Since the latest updated (I think), the lay-out of my website has changed suddenly.
The thumbnails don't respect anymore the settings of the width of the column gutter (set on 4%).
The strange thing is: this is only the case for the 1st and 2nd column (in a 4 column lay-out).See screenshot below:
In the Wordpress back-end, the lay-out is looking as it should be though.

So I have no idea what is going wrong and I tried already changing multiple settings, without success.
Any ideas how to fix it or is it a bug coming with the latest update of the template?Full website: www.atelierfredericlouis.be

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
