Automatic update for theme and plugins

Hello there!
Thanks for the great work and improvements of latest versions. I wanted to know if there's a way to receive email notifications for update's releases or to automatically update both theme and add-ons.Thank you and have a great day

there is a settings for this for the theme:
"Enable auto-updates"
for plugins i think there's no such setting
theres no way to get emails about this i think

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
