Mouse Cursor for Carousel doesn't show up

Hi, on the website https://www.nicolabrandt.com/the-earth-inside/ the custom mouse cursor for carousel only shows up for 1/10 second when hovering over the carousel, and then turns into the default cursor. I am using SVGs but have already set the width and height in Text Edit, so that shouldn't be the problem. Also if I turn on the »Pointer« hand cursor, same happens (the cursor doesn't change).

you probably need to restart your computer/macbook. then it may work!

Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
