Rows with background svg and webkit animations not working anymore

Hi there, huge fan of Laytheme!

I used to have scrolling .svgs in an empty row at the top of every page on my website here:

http://dancehallband.com

Since the updates a month or so ago these have stopped moving and some pages have weird alignment issues.

I've been going through the CSS but I'm very rusty and not sure what else I can do, the ID and Class for these marquee elements are still applying to these empty rows, the svg appears, but nothing moves.

Any help would be appreciated!

can u send a screenshot of an alignment issue?
im not sure if i see the alignment issue

sorry about these issues… in the last few months the updates that i did included many bigger changes to the code and there were many issues that unfortunately came up as a result. i think i may have fixed all of these now

I edited my CSS to make the marquee animation and took out the '-webkit-animation' line with just an 'animation' line and a separate keyframe CSS. The code I wrote is a little messy, but it works for now!

There's some more CSS I need to edit for the Footer, but I'm getting there!

you can use the marquee element. it is here: +more -> +marquee

for the first row you can use this css:

.sticky-row{
position: sticky;
top:0;
width: 100%;
}

give the row a class of "sticky-row" when you right click the row and choose "set row class and id"
