Carousel in overlay is not visible until first click
-
Hello. When I put a carousel in the new overlay feature it's first image is not visible until I click it once. The image caption is but not the actual image. I use "fade" as a transition inside the carousel but it also doesn't work with other transitions.
Thank you!

mmh unfortunately i cant reproduce this issue!
can you try and see if you have updated lay theme and carousel to the latest version?
if it still doesn't work:
can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?
-
@arminunruh I sent you the login data. Everything is updated.
-
@arminunruh it only happens when the website is scrolled up to the top. As soon as I scroll down, the carousel works.

@arminunruh I happen to have a similar problem when using carousels in the footer of a split screen website!
The carousel's captions are visible, but the first image does not show. Once I click on the area, the second image of the carousel appears immediately and everything works just fine.
This only happens when I use the split screen (as seen in your tutorial).
Is there a way to fix this?
Thanks for the great support!

I don't answer or check forum DMs, please just post on the forum.
Before you post:
Use the Search Feature. Maybe there is already a solution to your issue.
1. Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
2. Disable all Plugins
3. Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code ", click "Save Changes"
4. When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
Now see if your problem solved itself.
Go here, see if your problem is listed here:
Troubleshooting
When you post:
1. Post a link to where the problem is
2. If the problem is difficult to explain, post screenshots / link to a video to explain it
