Change default text format for Mobile and Tablet

Hi there, I was a very early lay theme user and have finally afer all these years started to updated my website with the new lay updates and plugins!
I'm having trouble with text formatting for mobile & tablet. I can change my default desktop text but nothing happens with Mobile and tablet, am I missing something basic here?

so you're saying when u change your tablet and phone font sizes, it doesnt do anything?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
