menu scroll behavoir

Hi, when I scroll down (setting below), the menu fades out but where the menu was, the site does not appear but a grey fade does appear (You can see the sites content underneath but with a 50%gray overlay where the menu was). How can i get rid of this and show only the content of the page and not lose the top 50ish pixels due to that weird fade.

oh can you go to customize -> menu style -> menu bar
then click hide

@arminunruh oh great! thanks a lot. The issue that occurs now is that (everything set to fade away when scrolling down), if i scroll up again, only the bars appears but not the text and menu (when i start scrolling up mid page). Any idea on that? THX

your site title and menu aren't set to fixed
they need to be set to fixed in the customizer. they just stay where they are and you scroll away on the page at the moment

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options ā Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
