Add project thumbnail hover on regular image?
-
hey guys!
I'm currently working on my new portfolio page using a thumbnail grid. I want to build it as a masonry and my problem is, that my projects are limited in quantity since I just started working and it makes my masonry look kinda sad. I was thinking of adding more pictures of a project to link to the same project page as it fills my masonry quite nicely and looks pleasing.
However, I can't duplicate the project thumbnail since it would generate a new subpage. Now I was thinking if I could just use the element grid and add the link to the corresponding project page to multiple elements in the grid.
But then I don't really have that beautiful thumbnail hover effect anymore. Can someone tell me if it's possible to add this?
I have to disclose that my knowledge of css is limited (had it in university waaaaay back) and javascript is non-existent.
Thanks in advance!

hey!
mh
if you insert project thumbnails, into the gridder using +project thumbnail. you can then right click on a thumbnail and choose "replace image"
maybe that would work for you?
this means you dont have a masonry, because the thumbnails or elements are not inside a thumbnailgrid :/ -
@arminunruh I will have a look at it. Thanks :)
