content out of the gridder

Hello, I'm having problem with some pages where the front-end content is not included in the gridder, how can I edit/erase it?
All plugin disabled and theme updated.
here there a double caption coming a page duplication
Here the gridder with a single captionthe extra block of text is not in the footer, there is just no way to se a code plot of the page to take it out?

Before you post:
- When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
- Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
- Disable all Plugins
- Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
