No selection option for paypal payment in checkout page

Hello Team Laytheme,

I'm enjoying using your wonderful theme.
I bought another one for commercial use and now I'm trying to create a webpage,
but I'm having a hard time getting the settings to work the way I want them to.
That is I can't make to show paypal on the checkout page like the other payment options.

As your demo website in Documentation, I want to create a paypal payment option like on a homepage like http://sucuxshop.laytheme.com/checkout/.

I installed WooCommerce and of course enabled the PayPal toggle in the payment methods options of WooCommerce Plugin.
Maybe I'm making a simple mistake, but any help would be appreciated.

maybe some settings are missing for paypal?
maybe try a different paypal payment plugin for woocommerce

All theme and plugins are of course up-to-date.
Is there any other important setting except toggle?
And is this lay theme not considered with official paypal plugin in woocommerce?
