Homepage video on mobile not playing

The video on the mobile homepage of my website wont play, sometimes it does randomly. My website is Aburninghouse.eu

use .mp4 files only! u can use the app "handbrake" to convert videos to mp4 for example -

How big it is? You can compress it with an app called Handbrake, and also set it to 'web optimized' so it starts playing without being fully loaded
@Ingi @arminunruh it is 1MB, I also made it web-optimized but it is still playing only rarely.

did you just rename the video from .mov to .mp4, like just changing the file ending?
or did you properly convert it?
look its still trying to load .mov files

@arminunruh the desktop videos load fine but on mobile is the problem, the video I have for the mobile home is a true .mp4 though

the issue was low power mode was enabled on his iphone
