anchor links not working

Hello,

So I have this website: https://costabadia.com/ where the footer works as a list of projects (left side of the page) and each item of the list is anchor-linked to a project in the right side of the page (the first row of each project has an #id assigned to do so).

There is also an anchor link at the very bottom of the page, after scrolling down (it says "SUBIR") and it isn't working either.

This has been working well for some time, but anchor links don't seem to work anymore in desktop version. Why can that be?

please do the steps on the right that say: "before you post"

if that wont work:

disable this or enable this

if that doesn't work:

can you send your website address, /wp-admin/ username and password and a link to this topic to info@laytheme.com?

I disabled the «Never change scrolling position...» checkbox and anchor links worked again, thank you!!
