Can't change project thumbnail layout

Hi! I changed the project thumbnail layout from 3 rows to 2 rows in the page setting, but the website does not show accordingly and still shows the thumbnails in three rows. Could you help fix the issue?

did u do the steps in the blue box?
can u disable your caching plugin if u have one

Yes I did edit the layout in the pop-up box after I click the "blue box". I have deactivated all the plugins except for CSS Hero and the Lay Theme ones, still nothing changed.

I also just tried making a new grid layout to replace the original one, but after updating the page the website still shows the original grid. I'm pretty sure I made all the changes in the right page.

maybe you have a page and a project that have the same permalink or same title and then it displays the one page that u haven't edited
