Hi, i can see the issue however if could post a link to your website i will try to take a better look :)

Additionally just to be sure:

Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date?

Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.

And third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.

As of yet, this option is not available within the carousel, however i can write this down in the development notes for future discussion.

Regarding a solution around this issue:
I believe it is possible through some customisation with adding HTML and JS.

Recently a very similar question was asked and i gave a quick tutorial on how i might achieve this:

Take a look and see if you can modify the tutorial to suit your needs.

Are you familiar with CSS? If not I would recommend to have a look into some tutorials at Codeacademy https://www.codecademy.com/.

Then, you can use CUSTOM CSS to achieve this.

Because your Lay Theme website is a "Single Page" JavaScript application, PHP is not possible yet. We are working on a PHP version of Laytheme.

Probably the plugin uses some code which interacts with the LayTheme.

vertical alignment is always a bit tricky in CSS.

I would try with a position fixed and using flex box:

It will be some try and error and understanding the code.

It is not very difficult, but might be a bit time consuming.

this is not possible (yet) with LayTheme.

I will write it down for the future.

You would need to code that yourself with jQuery.

Don't know if that will be easy.
