    Thanks! Useful link. Managed to make a workaround by simply making navbar transparent, didn't think of that first time round!

    I am currently working on a site where the About page will have a different background colour, navbar and site title. Please see links below:

    Homepage
    http://foolscap-editions.com/homepage

    About page
    http://foolscap-editions.com/about

    So when you transition between the two pages currently the background colour of the nav bar fades in quicker than the background of the page so feels slightly clunky. Is there a way to avoid this / synchronise?

    Currently I am using the following code:

    /* navbar colour about page*/
    body[data-type="page"][data-id="333"] .navbar{
    background-color: #f28000 !important;
    }

    /* site title text colour about page*/
    body[data-type="page"][data-id="333"] ._Bold {
    color: #ffffff !important;
    }

    /* menu text colour about page*/
    body[data-type="page"][data-id="333"] ._Default{
    color: #ffffff !important;
    }

    Great — thanks. Have you had any luck with this?

    Seems to only happen when an item is fixed to 50% of the grid:

    Hi Marius,

    Looks like there is still some issue with my gridder and images sticking to the left hand-side.

    I've tried de-activiting all non-Lay Theme plugins but this doesn't help. See screenshots below:

    Would you mind having a look?

    Hi Marius,

    No worries — looks like it was to do with how the items were arranged in the grid. Seems strange but all fixed now!

    Thanks

    I have just updated Lay Theme on the website theleapingsalmon.co.uk

    However now when I try to place an image onto the page it automatically fixes the image to the right hand side of the window, even though this is not how it acts on all other pages.:

    I also noticed that it is no longer compatible with Yoast SEO — is there going to be a fix for this as it used to work and is a plugin I have used on multiple sites.

    Look forward to hearing back from you.

    I am currently working on producing an e-commerce site and have installed the WP Shopify plugin. This is all setup correctly and synced with the shopify account – looks like it works pretty well with Lay Theme!

    However, when I use a Buy Button, and implement the HTML into my page — a tab appears on the right hand side of my browser with a slide-out cart. I would like to hide the tab, and simply click 'View Cart' in my menu to take the customer to the cart overview page. Essentially I am trying to replicate the customer journey used on Actual Source: https://actualsource.org/products/mother-the-making-of-the-fever-dream

    Do you know what might be the best way to implement this?

    See the test page I am working on here: http://foolscap-editions.com/test-page

    Would be great if you had any ideas!

    I am able to upload images through the media library but when I update the page and view the image is simply not there? seems odd.

    Working on theleapingsalmon.co.uk

    Let me know if you have a solution!
