thanks for your answer. I know the thread, but since one of the last updates it is possible to work with shortcodes in laytheme, I already do it with CF7 and it works fine. Except of the acceptance checkbox, and I have no idea why. I thought someone has a solution maybe...

actually i am trying to integrate a contact form 7 form. Unfortunately the acceptance checkbox is not working, even not displayed. Do you know if it is a Laytheme or a CF7 case? Do you know how to fix it?
