@mariusjopen I only have ImageMagick engine and Real Simple SSl plugins installed. I turned on the feature to lazy load images when scrolling to them and now instead of a flash images that haven't loaded fade. Which is more pleasing. But still an issue that images are not loaded in advance and white space shows up in some cases.

Hi @mariusjopen thanks for checking. It seems to be working fine on Chrome but having a bit more trouble on Firefox. Firefox shows the worst strobing effect, but right now it's loading pretty fast. Try clicking through any of the projects on the project page on firefox to see what I mean: https://andrewblakemcgill.com/projects/

@yojo I'm having this same issue, I seem to have the tap, tap again to enter project behavior working when I create a page with Project Thumbnails, but when I access the mobile edit screen for the first time, I am asked to choose whether to stack all items or copy the same layout as on desktop, or leave blank. Once I choose one of these options the tap to enter project does not work. Why this is the case I don't know. I have set the behavior on mobile devices to show mouse over state on tap, tap again to enter. Any insight here @arminunruh ?

Thanks ! @arminunruh, I'll use custom css for this. The idea is to have a different caption that stays in the same place for each image set in the fullscreen slider.

I am using Fullscreen Slider to display a slideshow of images and on initial page load every time I navigate to the next image a flash of white space is displayed a split second before loading the next image. This is the image placeholder. It creates a sort of strobe effect that is not desired. Is there any way to eliminate this image placeholder ? Or to pre-load the images in the fullscreen slider?
Once the images have been navigated to and loaded the strobe effect goes away. I want my site to behave this way always. Is this possible?

@arminunruh @mariusjopen another Footer question: Is it possible to have two or more different footers in a single project?
Currently I am using a text field below images and setting their x,y position but I'd like to use a fixed footer instead. The text moves around depending on the size of the image it's under or beside.
I'm using a fixed footer on other projects but I'd like to change the text in the footer depending on what image is shown in the project for this one.
