yea it was some custom css problem

actually yea this is a bug.
i just fixed it, will be released with the next update. sorry this wasn't fixed for so long, this is actually a pretty bad/important bug :O :O

If a page contains a shortcode, whether in the page or in the footer, there will always be a hard reload instead of a smooth transition.

Otherwise, many shortcodes do not work at all.
