The links on the homepage are not working, but this problem only affects the homepage. When navigating to other pages the links work perfectly across all browsers.

Try navigating from here to the home page which is "Biel Moreno" link https://bielmoreno.com/category/projects/

Specifically:

If you start browsing directly on the homepage (including in incognito/private browser mode), the links on that homepage do not respond or work as expected.

However, if you navigate to another page first and then come back to the homepage, the links on the homepage start working correctly.

The problem persists even after clearing all caches on WordPress, the server, and the browser.

The issue is consistent across different browsers and is specific only to the initial homepage load.

Disabling Ajax navigation in Laytheme and refreshing permalinks have not resolved the problem.

There are no identifiable plugin conflicts after temporarily deactivating other plugins.

No custom scripts or CSS are currently active on the homepage that might interfere with link functionality.

Hi @arminunruh I’m experiencing the same problem. My website crashed after the update. The issue is that LayTheme is no longer showing in my themes. Should I add the new version as a new theme and will everything work properly again? Thanks!

I emailed you two days ago about this issue but haven’t received a response. Could you please assist me?

As you explained in your post, my WP admin panel suddenly stopped appearing, so I contacted WordPress support. They replied with instructions to recover admin access, explaining that the problem was related to Laytheme. I followed their steps and regained access to the admin panel, but when I logged in, Laytheme had disappeared, and my entire website is gone.

Fortunately, I have a backup. However, I need the Laytheme update to restore my backup properly; otherwise, I’ll encounter the same issue. The link you posted to download Laytheme has expired. Could you please repost it?

Since my website is down and it’s my main platform, I need to resolve this as soon as possible.

Thank you for your good work.

I recently updated Laytheme to resolve an issue with the "Edit Caption" feature, which wasn't functioning, preventing me from adding text to my project thumbnails. However, after the update, I’m still unable to use the "Edit Caption" option. What’s worse, another major issue has appeared: when using the Fullscreen Addon, horizontal slides become blocked, and there is a strange movement from down to up when the next image is horizontal or when two images are transitioning together.

I have already deactivated all third-party plugins, and as mentioned, these issues only started after the update.

I have an issue. I can't add project description on my project Thumbnail. It used to work easely, not anymore.

I have already activated project descriptions for thumbnails on LayOptions.

When I click on my project Thumbnail I doesn't allow me to add text below the image.

I don't have any custom JS code and I deactivated all the third-party plugins before building the web. This problem happened recently around two weeks ago, before all was perfect. Now even in my own computer, It doesn't work.

Hi,

I have a problem with the Fullscreen addon. It passes from one slide to another avoiding the horizontal movement. It used to work good but from the last two weeks, the horizontal sliding doesn't work. I mean, I tried with different computers and browsers and It doesn't work in most of them when it should work independently of what computer and browser I’m using.

Also, I notice another problem, when I tried to change the speed of the horizontal movement on Laythem options-fullscreen addon- speed of scrolling, nothing happened. However, I changed the speed before noticing the horizontal sliding issue and worked.

I didn't make any change recently. I only have still pictures on my site and I didn't insert any custom css.

Thank you for your amazing work. I’m new using Laytheme and I’m very happy with the results and with all the possibilities to keep improving the site.

I just wanted to ask you about redirecting my URL. I watched the video moving to another WebHost or Url but I don't understand how to do it. It looks very confusing to me. I don’t want to move to another host I just want to change my URL and see it in the browser address bar.

I made the website with Dreamhost hosting as you suggested and I used the URL name designated for Dreamhost http://gabmor25.dreamhosters.com/

In the meantime, I've kept my domain https://www.bielmoreno.com/ with my old Squarespace website

Now I finished the website with Lay Theme. So, I just want to use my domain www.bielmoreno.com on the Wordpress site hosted by Dreamhost which has the Url http://gabmor25.dreamhosters.com/

I registered my domine https://www.bielmoreno.com/ with a hosting company called Cdmon a few years ago.

Should I have to backup and open another WordPress or I can handle it just using the plugin Wp Migrate DB. Sorry but I don't get it. Obviously I don’t want to lose my content, I spent a lot of time working on it.
