Hi!

I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions from previous posts to fix this bug but am still having the issue of a blank customizing menu.

These are the steps I followed from a previous post about this issue and none have fixed it so far:

-Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ?
-Any Custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed.
-Any third-party plugins de-activated to see if this resolves the issue.
-If using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
-License key not activated - (in website blank situations or button not available)
-If your WordPress Dashboard shows a warning "PHP Update required”
-please update your PHP version in your webhost control panel.

Hi! I am trying to autoplay a song when a page loads. I've tried a few different codes that were suggested and none seem to work. I would like the audio to play automatically and the player to be invisible.

I tried this code:

<source src="spotify:track:2T1AgNLmRcFA54PfFWmfJe" type="audio">
Your browser does not support the audio element.
</audio>

And this:
<audio src="spotify:track:2T1AgNLmRcFA54PfFWmfJe" loop="true" autoplay="true" controls="false">
</audio>

Neither have worked. I also tried to insert audio controls and they appear with this code, but the song will not play.

Like this:

Your browser does not support the audio element.
</audio>

I have come across an issue while editing. After I update my page and click the permalink to preview the content, the page comes up blank. I tried clearing my caches as well as updating all plug-ins. I'm not sure what the issue is. Thanks in advance!
