Are you familiar with CSS? If not I would recommend to have a look into some tutorials at Codeacademy https://www.codecademy.com/.
It is for free for the basics. The effect you are trying to achieve requires some knowledge and brainpower :-)

this is possible with jQuery.

So when the menu gets clicked the class burger gets an extra class called active.
You can write a little jQuery script that if the burger is active, the title gets a class called hide.

Do you know the basics of jQuery and CSS?

right now I cannot see a page on your website with a Carousel activated.

But you can just move the captions up with Custom CSS.
