Fixed with a carousel plugin update by Armin. Thx!

Hi @arminunruh, @mariusjopen !
I just updated to latest laytheme and plugins and have an issue (now) with carousels. They all stop after the first image.
Same issue on all pages.
I created a clean page with only one carousel to inspect:

I also switched to https lately and saw your comment with simple ssl plugin – but didn’t help (also didn’t understand why to be honest).

unfortunately quite urgent, cause it happens globally for a lot of pages I need!
would appreciate quick help!

PS: it detect the issue on all my browsers/devices (macbook pro os 14.5 / latest chrome, latest safari, iphone chrome, safari — swiping works on iphone, so all images are loaded)

deactivation of custom code + deactivation of (non laytheme) plugins + emptying cache didn’t help

I tested on iPhone XR iOS 16.1.1 and iPhone XS iOS 16.5 with latest Safari and Chrome App.

@dingdong yes, I had the same issue and use password protection now but during the creation (checking the published site very often) it is also super annoying as you have to fill in the password with every refresh.

@Richard @mariusjopen I experience the same or similar issue! no smooth transitions and cut images in the carousel using mobile (iPhone) Chrome (Safari mobile and Chrome Desktop work fine)!!
Did you find any solution??

Hi,

I’m currently building a few password protected pages.
In general all is working well.
However on mobile the input for the password field causes a zoom.
And so the next page (my password protected lay theme page) appears with the same zoom. This is a quite shitty experience of course.

Any ideas / solutions??

Would be very grateful!
Please note that I have almost zero code skills, so please provide feedback easy to understand (where to copy code etc.) ;)
