Hi @arminunruh ,

I’ve just updated Laytheme to version 7.3.0, and the Fullscreen Slider plugin has stopped working on both desktop and mobile (tested on Safari and Chrome). Since the plugin doesn’t have any available updates, I believe it’s up to date with version 1.7.2.

Additionally, some text has shifted position in the mobile version and no longer matches the position configured in the backend (see attached images) — e.g. the project title shifted from middle to the top, and the bottom info doesn't respect the margins.
Could you please help me solve this as soon as possible?

Not sure if it's related but this happens on my 2 Laytheme websites as well.

In the last few months, the performance on the Backend (wordpress admin panel) has become slower and slower, and it's also noticeable on the Frontend. The backend takes very long to change pages, update projects, delete media, etc etc.

I tried to activate Woocommerce in one of the websites and it became a lot worse (so I deactivated).

Do you know what's causing this?
And if so, is there any way to improve it?

Ah ok, i see... I enabled the Force HTTPS feature on a plugin I already had (WP-Optimize) and it worked.

Today I noticed that the "X" Close Button in my overlay page is not showing up correctly.

I tried several browsers (firefox, safari, edge, brave, etc) and that happens in all of them, except Chrome. Every browser shows a different 'squared' like icon as a placeholder.

The browser console mentions that the icon couldn't be loaded since it needs to be served over HTTPS (image in attachment).

How can I fix this issue?

I'm having issues with the cover parallax feature in Safari (and Orion), desktop and mobile.
Not sure if it’s related to the latest updates, but now that feature works horribly on those browsers.

It's slow and breaks a lot... the scroll isn’t smooth at all. It looks like the page dropped the refresh rate :/ This issue doesn't seem to happen with Chrome, Firefox and Edge.

PS: I'm a Laytheme and Safari user for many years, and I think this is the first time I'm experiencing this bug. At least in this very noticeable way.

Regarding the CSS, I tried activating the on Scroll Element Transitions but it was buggy, with the text on the first row disappearing and the transitions only happening the first time. I left it on for you to see.

Between those CSS options i would prefer using the first one, but it's still not ideal :/

With this CSS (instead of the previous) the texts start to disappear again :/
I already tried an '!important' but it does nothing...

At least the text is not disappearing anymore.

However, when i activate the Scroll Element Transitions, the transition only happens one time (the first time the row appears on screen) — when you scroll again to the same row, the text transition doesn't happen again as it should (in Safari and Orion browser).

Do you have any idea what's causing this?

Hey @arminunruh and @Richard, I think i'm having the same issue.

I made a page with the Fullscreen Slider activated, with each row having a text element. After some scroll, the texts starts to disappear and/or flashing. This only happens in Safari (macOS). Also tested in IOS and the same thing happens.

When i activate the Scroll Element Transitions the page reacts different, with some of the texts transitioning and others don't. And only the first row text disappears (after some scroll).

I already tried to turn off all custom CSS, turning off the scroll transitions, etc. Nothing works. Can you please fix this?

For what i can see, this issue traces back to 2021 at least. There's also another post...not sure if it's related to this: http://laythemeforum.com:4567/topic/7606/fullscreen-slider-images-flash-in-safari

You're totally right, i completely forgot to set the ids on the mobile layout 🤦🏻. It works now!

@arminunruh I tried this, however, as soon as I change the source code of the text box to 'class' and click OK, the source code changes (automatically) to '<p>© 2018—</p>'. It completely removes the span tag if there's a class instead of an id...I don't know why.

Is there another solution for this?
