Same Height for Mixed-Orientation Images in Element Grid

Hello!

Is there a way to make two images (one horizontal, one vertical) span the full width of an Element Grid while maintaining the same height?

More generally, can images of varying orientations and sizes share the same height while spanning the entire Element Grid?

I tried setting the Layout Type to "Same Height," but it only allows specifying the height in pixels. Is there another way to achieve this?

Before you post:

When using a WordPress Cache plugin, disable it or clear your cache.
Update Lay Theme and all Lay Theme Addons
Disable all Plugins
Go to Lay Options → Custom CSS & HTML, click "Turn Off All Custom Code", click "Save Changes"
