Thanx for the great work i love the theme!

I used the Licence key for temporary sites with are now offline and don't have the login for to turn the licence off anymore. could you reset all the site except for http://danielmaarleveld.nl where i do use the Licence.

I Love the new theme! It works great thanx. Some suggestions what would be great features I think.

• I would love to have regular menu for mobile (know your working on it)
• I think it would be nice to have the Navigation arrows in the menu
• If it would be possible to have a custom header you could make this quite simple maybe.
