Hi There!

On my page: https://jahresbericht.fun I've placed many sticky elements. After an update they are no longer behaving accordingly. On other sites it is still working.

Does anyone else have this problem?

Two little after thoughts:

First: Now the plugin also recognises Alt-Text in images which it wouldn't see before, very cool!

And I was thinking that it would be nice if text in thumbnail grids could also be recognised. But maybe this is also going too far :)

Anyways I'm really happy about lay theme and your support in the forum.

Hi! Did you already change something? Now it seems to work! If you didn't change anything then it might have to do something with the headings. I changed the first sentece on a page which was previously a H1 header to a normal paragraph and now the plugin accepts the sentence as a «focus key phrase». So I was able to solve the problem with that.

However in another recommendation of the plugin it states, that my text uses 0 (zero) words, which is not true. I have the same problem on other pages where i use Yoast SEO.

This first screenshot shows the recommendation, translates to: «length of text: the text contains 0 words. That's far below the recommended minimum of 300 words. Please add more text.»

This second screenshot shows the text that is on this specific page:

maybe it has something to do with the fact that the text is in a stack element?

Last year I just went with the line hight solution anyways. However, I have the same problem again. I can't solve it with putting space on top of the elements and I have the same issue on other pages.

For Example on https://ichbinurs.de/fotografiert/

Here the problem occures in a carousel on the bottom of the font. (I tried to adjust the spacing around the text).

Hi!

I hope, I don't post this twice. I couldn't find my previous post about this so I'll rewrite it: SEO might be somewhat of an unpopular topic (at least for me personally) but I see that my clients care about it more and more, so I started to care too.

I think, that the SEO Plugins (Yoast and Rank Math) can't recognise text on any of the pages/projects in laytheme. And I wondered if this could be an issue that could be fixed? (Or if I'm doing something wrong?)

I'm curious what you think about it!

Hi @arminunruh ! I'm sorry, I never got back to you. I simply overlooked your answer. I could solve my alignment issue. The reloading of the page is intentional: It should be some a playful way to show the architects photographs and poems as an entry to their portfolio. But if you interpret it as an error maybe this wasn't the best of ideas. lol.

Perfect, the suggestion to disable «Activate on Scroll Element Transitions» made a difference. Now it is working perfectly!

After scrolling half way through the site crashes and loads again. I use an I Phone mini 12 aswell, with Safari.

Hi, it's me again!

I'm trying to align the slides on the right side on the following site: https://liviaweishaupt.ch

If I set the setting in the lay options > carousel addon i can choose the option «Horizontal Alignment of Slides: right» but as soon as i save the setting, it changes to «center».

Note: everything is updated, I've tried disabeling the plugins and the custom codes.

Do you know what the problem could be?

Thanks for replying. It worked after restarting the computer. I just restarted using the cursors because they are less buggy than they used to be. But I guess some bugs are still bugging :)

I have another problem on the website https://schoenetoene.ch/
I've installed a custom cursor and custom previous and next arrows. The next arrow and the cursor look the same. The custom cursor and arrows are only showing when the cursor is mooved. As soon as I stop the movement the normal cursor is showing. Do you know this problem? The problem occurs on Safari aswell as on Chrome (I didn't test this on other browsers yet). I use a MacBook Pro 14.5.

@arminunruh thank you very much for your fast answer. Unfortunately it's still not working, althought I've updated the lay theme and the carousel addon. I also deactivated a caching plugin and cleared the cache on safari.

Is there anything else I could try?

I have a problem on my mobile device (an iPhone 12 mini) using Safari. A very thin border is showing around a video on the first slide of a carousel. The border is not part of the video. Weirdly it's not showing when I do a screenshot or if I record the screen. So attached you'll find a picture of my phone.

P.S.: I've tried all the things you recommend before posting to your forum.

I have the same problem with a website. It is not a split screen site. I use Safari Version 17.5 on macOS Sonoma 14.5: https://schoenetoene.ch

The video on the first slide only appears after I've clicked on the next slide and returned. Lazy loading is deactiveated. It works on Chrome.

The first screenshot is when I open the website. The second screenshot is after revisiting the first slide of the carousel.

Also: I did all the things you recommend before posting :)
