That is so strange. When you go to the gallery pages from index, you will have this bug. But when going directly via link, then it won't happen.

Hey guys,

I encountered a bug while naming my titles.

Whenever I am using a dash, it will show up as "& # 8 2 1 1 ;" instead of "-" in the browser tab.

Here is an example on my site: https://www.edgarberg.com/cartier-trinity-campaign/

I always used a dash in my titles but I think with some of the updates, it broke.

Looking forward to an easy fix :)

Hey everyone,

since the last update the footer on my website is hiding behind the gallery thumbnails whenever you scroll down. Before it was on top of the thumbnails and I would like to have it the same way.

Here is an example of how the footer is hiding behind images:

Maybe there is an option or workaround that you can provide.

Okay, somehow it only lasted half day until the tests gave the same results.

So are there any special ways to reduce loading times for laytheme?

I can really recommend the WP FASTEST CACHE plugin which compressed a lot of these Javascript files to make them load faster. For me it did the job!

Now I am back to 100% happiness ;)

Hey guys,

I finally finished my website and got a handful of comments about the Loarding Times being very slow.

I checked various performance testing sites (google pagespeed insights, gtmetrix etc.) which confirmed it to be true. The loading times are even slower on the mobile version.

According to these sites the slowdown is being created by Laytheme (javascript) itself. I resized all thumbnail images on my index site to 50-80kb per image and the overall page is not that big in data volume, so that factor can be taken out of consideration.

I did not customize the theme at all and used just the simplest way possible in order to create this site. So I am asking you guys if there is any way to speed up the page? Any options I didn't see or plugins that might help?

Apart from the loading times I am very very much happy with everything Laytheme offers.

Hey guys,

I am almost done with my site and was wondering how one can manage to have a seperate browser-tab-title from the general site-title.

Furthermore I am interested in developing a strong SEO but from what I read in the forums YOAST SEO is not working properly with laytheme. Are there any other recommendations for SEO plugins?

Hey guys,

for some reason I can't click on any thumbnail to get to the sub page. The same occurs when I want to access a point in the Menu bar.

However, if I right click "open in new tab", the following page loads just fine.

It seems like the linking isn't working properly.
