If you edit the carousel, you can create a caption. In that caption you can link text (3rd button). At the moment there is a bug, so you can't create a link in a caption. The bug will be fixed in the next update.
When you right click on a row, you can select "Use Browser Height for Row Height".

We had that bug before and not sure where it come from.
Which browser do you use? Are there some plugins (for wordpress or browser) which makes problems?
Please try to switch the layout a second time (desktop -> mobile -> desktop -> mobile). Is the problem still there?

I think we found the bug:
Please go to Settings -> Languages (General) -> Untranslated Content -> uncheck "Show displayed language prefix when content is not available for the selected language."
This option can invalidate the json.

I fixed the first bug in your theme inline, so your website should work now. Can you confirm that?
