The website will be displayed based on the Viewport width. So a calculation occurs where if the Browser width is less than say :600px it becomes the TABLET mode and when the browser width becomes less than say: 480px it become Mobile mode.

This isn't a bug exactly because the website is doing what it should and is displaying what should be displayed based on screen width.

Let me know your thoughts :)

I believe the Carousel is already technically responsive, Is it possible you are referring to this 'Object-fit' : Cover added to the images? or apologies if i have understood wrong :)

The <marquee> tag is slowly obsolete and may be discontinued by browsers at any point in the future,

If you are still willing to use it:

Three Questions - Three answers

1 - Change the "Margin-top" from 10vh to 3.5vh or 4 vh depending on what you prefer, play around and set the webpage how you like it.

2 - The Background photo's should be full size of the Carousel? or full size of the webpage? the Carousel has a wide viewport on it filling up the space and enlarging the images would either crop areas away or stretch quite badly your image. Am i correct in what you are after maybe?

3 - As for the text - add this code and play with the percentages equally ( should equal each other ) to create the distance you desire from the sides of the browser.

p._ABOUT { padding-left:25%; padding-right:25%; }

A first option is to De-activate The Plugin and then Re-activate it.
Also Are there other Plugins that may be interfering & is everything up to date?

Maybe this isn't the answer that you were looking for but sometimes it can be a first step to fix the problem.
