hi there.

i have major issues on matanicola.com and nicolamascia.com since a couple of weeks and have no idea how to fix these.

mobile version shows incorrectly.
text on certain pages is on top of each other and displaced in general although it shows correctly in word press.

i cannot update plugins or laytheme because acces is denied.
also i cannot enter the media library for the same reason.

nicolamascia.com totally disappeared.
site just shows blank white.
i cannot even access the wordpress login anymore.

already contacted strato — they say everything is fine.
but it’s obviously not.

i’d highly appreciate some help.
no idea how to fix this.

i literally cannot go online with my site because costumizer doesn’t work for the front page.

no plugins activated — all css deleted.

checked everything from troubleshooting and all steps from the support page — multiple times.
my front page keeps being stuck on one page — cannot change it …
also intro feature does not appear at all.

hi hi.

since the last update i have the following issue:

i cannot select a new front page in the customizer.
it seems stuck to one project site.
which is unfortunate because i am not online yet and had a maintenace page as front page which i cannot select anymore.

also the intro feature does not work.
nothing shows up …

any hints?

… so that new transition thing:
if not selected: it leaves my site totally blank.
the whole content dissappears.

if i select it: different settings don‘t show any changes and transitions just looks messy because movements from different directions. (text up — images down)

???

possible to simply keep the parallax without any new transition features?

latest update fucked up my site quite a bit:
all images that where centered in browser height are now totally off to the top.
… also animation of images doesn't seem to work.

hi there.

i am working with a full screen slider and left / right row image background.
since the last update those images fill the row differently:
they are aligned to the top (was centered before) and don‘t fill the browser height no more in case they are landscape format originally. they filled the row proportionally before …

did i miss anything?
can you help here?
