unfortunately theres no setting for this but its on my todo list!
you probably need
one breakpoint for showing the phone layout
another breakpoint only for switching the normal menu to mobile menu

i will have to re-evaluate how i coded the imagehover addon
we have the same issue when the cover feature is enabled
could take a while for me to fix this :|
