the x buttons clickable area (100px padding) is overlaying the menu points.

@janawodicka you can optimize these spaces around the x icon in the overlay options. its "Close-Icon Space-Top (Desktop)" etc.

And then I would recommend to optimize the spaces above your menu points, right now you make the space with empty <p> tags, like blank rows. it will be easier to create this by adjusting the borders of the overlay.

you can set the background image for a whole grid:
in gridder clicck "set background"

need a newer lay theme version for this setting to show up

3.: in customize → mobile → mobile site title
you're saying you cant place the image, in your screenshot i see the image doesnt load:

can you try a different image or try a text?

also when u want to use the burger menu from the page overlay feature for your mobile version, you should hide the other burger.

in customize → mobile → mobile menu → click "hide"
this also hides the burger icon

the latest versions of lay theme should be compatible with other prior versions.

however, like 2 years ago i re-coded the frontend completely.
this caused custom css to not work sometimes.
