It loads pretty fast for me too, can you update lay theme again? and clear your cache in your cache plugin if you use one.
cause with one of the latest lay theme updates I improved html5 video loading more

this is a jquery or JS solution.
But pretty complex to be honest.
If you are not skilled with JS or jQuery, not very easy.
