Hi all,
I was wondering if it is possible to have an element in a column above overlap an element in the column below. As of now, offset values only allow for an element below to overlap something above. Let me know if this is possible or something that might be possible in the future.

Hello,
I am experiencing an issue with my menu overlapping my site title when the browser width is narrowed. They completely overlap and obscure each other before the mobile layout kicks in.
Is there a way to adjust this responsiveness so my menu + site title never overlap? I hope this was a clear description of the problem.
