Thank you for your answer and the info.
I’ve checked what you listed. Everything on the website is up to date. No custom CSS or JS should be interfering and the TWINT plugin developer tried deactivating the plugins to see if it worked, which still wasn't the case.

The link to the website is the following: https://www.mynameisfuzzy.ch and the shop is on the page named “Boutique”.

We would really appreciate your help! Since it seems like the different options aren't the problem, unless I missed something, I’m sending an email with the info to access WordPress as suggested.

Our issue is that after a customer orders with WooCommerce on the website: https://www.mynameisfuzzy.ch/ and pays with PayPal or Twint, they are automatically redirected to the login page:

We asked the Twint plugin's developer about it. Apparently, the problem doesn't occur with different themes, and it could be due to some custom code of Lay Theme.

How could we resolve this issue? Is there a way around it or is the redirection up to PayPal and Twint?
