I've searched through the forum but couldn't find a solution.
I would really like this feature.
Please implement a way to limit the number of projects in a thumbnail grid.
thx

Hello dear Lay Theme folks,
I have a kind of unconventional problem with the website I'm currently working on.
I used the footer for a split-screen-look. That worked fine.
In the mobile version that footer (obviously) moves to the bottom. But I want it to stay on top.
I found out that I can manipulate it with #footer-region{
But I'm not good with coding and I can't find a way to move it up. All the tutorials I find are about how to make it stay at the bottom 😂
I would really appreciate your help!
The site isn't finished but here is the link to it

P.S. One workaround I was able to think of is: hiding the footer in the mobile version and creating a custom phone layout that has got the content I need there. But that isn't a very clean solution...
Even if this topic is kind of old.
I had to deal with this problem twice now. And I figured out how it works twice.
You procede as nypaloto described it:
Step 4. is crucial. You have to look up which page or post_id your site got. I did that by exporting all my pages as an XML. But there are several ways to look that up. For each language you have to find out the id and put it in at 'frontpage_select_page'
I'm sure next time I try to figure out how it worked I'll stumble uppon this thread again.
Best
Leo
Dear @ArneRobot
you may be already annoyed about all those questions.
But could you please send me your solution too?
Thank you in advance
Leo
