This is very cool :)
However it's a bit tricky and you may likely need the aid of a developer -
The main thing I see is when the user scrolls to this location the Element goes from "postion:relative" to "position:fixed" until the final slide then it goes back to 'relative' and you can move on:

Apologies that i cannot look deeper or run a better tutorial of how to achieve this :)

Did you customize the phone layout as well?
If it still doesn't work I would suggest creating the same layout using the stack element. It's a way to avoid the row gutter between the elements.

you can try this:
Make a footer page with all the projects and then with CUSTOM CSS you place the footer as a second column on the page.
A bit tricky but possible.
