Can you update lay theme and check again?

Sometimes I saw this: I changed a setting for a project thumbnail title in customizer but that setting would not be shown on the website. Then i clicked on "publish" in the customizer and opened the website in a new tab and then i saw the changes applied.

After disabling every other plugin it seems to work again! Thanks
