I can manage to do that. But what I would like is to use the marquee tag in a specific part of the gridder, so I tried to use the tag on the text area, but then it won't move.
How can I use the marquee on a specific row of the gridder?

I was wondering if anyone could be so kind to give me a little help. I have been trying to get marquees on my lay website (should probably point out that I don't know much about coding). I have tried using the simple html tag and also with javascript (https://github.com/ezekielaquino/Marquee3000) and I just can't seem to make it "move".
Could anyone that has already done this give me a quick run through on how to do it, please?

I have set a slightly different layout for my website for phone, but have been facing some little issues that I am hoping to get some help with:
-On desktop, when I resize the browser, when it reaches the breakpoint it looses all the formating/css (I am attaching an image). The same thing is happening on mobile devices when rotating the device from horizontal to vertical or vice versa.
-another thing is that I have set different values for the row gutters on the gridder, but when previewing on browsers those values seem to be ignored.
Any ideas what i could be doing wrong?

@arminunruh sorry I was not very clear. I actually don't have any background images, my normal images are the ones that are a bit blurry. They are perfectly sharp and once I put them on my lay website they get a little bit blurry, I can't seem to figure out why. (I had already noticed this before happening with a couple of other websites that also use lay theme.) I will PM you a couple of links so you can better see what I am talking about.

I have noticed a couple of things that are not really working on my gridder, I don't know if it just me:
-the row gutter does not work in px, wether I have it set for px or % it always assumes % values, so I am not able to work with pixels here as I wish
-when using text inside the gridder, if I edit the text and let's say change part of it for a different font size or typeface for example, and then afterwards want to change it back to a certain text format it does not change anymore, it does't take the text format anymore
