ok im sending u the latest version of the carousel by email

Dear @Marvic Very strange behaviour indeed! This was after updating to version 4.1.0? Wordpress, Lay Theme & Laytheme's Addons are all up to date ? Any custom CSS or JS that may interfere is temporarily removed. Any third-party plugins are de-activated to see if this resolves the issue. (dont think you have any from screenshot). This sometimes happens when the Theme is updated but the Carousel is outdated. Talk soon Marvic & best wishes ✨ Richard

Hi Hi d44w and Marvic, glad that worked! Yes, databases can be a pain in the ass. Weird that it did not work with the config.php file. @Marvic you can give it a shot. But first try to adapt the prefixes in the config.php file before you start changing all the database prefixes. Let me know if that worked! Best! Marius
