yea lazyloading in firefox created some bugs for firefox, so i disabled it for firefox

oh and you want text to the right of the image

right click on the row, choose "set left image background"

use this custom css:
and change the values like width height top and left if u want

html.objectfit .background-image.background-image-style-left img{ object-fit: contain; width: 50%; height: 100%; position: absolute; right: auto; left: 0; top: 0; }

maybe if you go to lay options

and check "compatibility mode"

when u upload ur website to a webhost i can help you if you send your /wp-admin/ login data

for now you can google "woff to woff2" or "woff to ttf" to find file conversion websites

hey looking at my code of the carousel addon i see i already have the order correct i think

but i havent released that update yet for the carousel addon.
let me wait to release another carousel update until i have changed sth more than just the order of the alt tag texts

when you update lay theme, go to lay options. scroll all the way down. then disable "Hide current Project from Thumbnailgrid"

And is there maybe a way to directly add the categories "project thumbnail grid" to the footer, which would save me from rebuilding the whole grid in the footer page?

so you only want the project thumbnail grid of a certain category underneath projects of that category.
you'd need to create pages that contain thumbnailgrids of each category. so you'd have as many pages as categories.
then in lay options → footers, you'd need to use the option where you can set footers individually for each project.

then for each project, set the correct footer.
